24 Jump Street Sequel in Development with Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill
A third installment in the "Jump Street" franchise, ironically titled "24 Jump Street," is reportedly in development. Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, and Ice Cube are currently in negotiations to reprise their roles. Rodney Rothman, known for "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse," is slated to direct, while original directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller will serve as producers. The film's title is believed to be a continuation of a running gag from the end of "22 Jump Street."

A new "Jump Street" movie, provisionally titled "24 Jump Street," is reportedly moving forward. Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, and Ice Cube are in negotiations to join the cast for this third film in the franchise.
Rodney Rothman, who co-wrote and co-directed "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse," is set to direct the movie. Rothman also co-wrote the script alongside Jonah Hill and Meghan Malloy. Phil Lord and Chris Miller, who directed the first two films, will not return as directors but will remain involved as producers.
The unusual title, "24 Jump Street," is understood to be a continuation of a comedic bit featured at the end of "22 Jump Street." That film concluded with a montage of various hypothetical sequel ideas, with "23 Jump Street" imagined as being set at a medical school.
Development for a third "Jump Street" movie has been ongoing for approximately a decade. Earlier concepts included a potential crossover with the "Men in Black" franchise, though that project ultimately did not materialize.
The "Jump Street" series typically follows Tatum and Hill as undercover police officers infiltrating various educational institutions. Given the actors' current ages, 46 and 42 respectively, it remains to be seen if this core theme will continue, though the franchise is known for its self-aware humor.
According to IGN, the film is actively in the works.
