Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fainaron (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Editorial nature of content
Fainaron aggregates publicly available news from RSS feeds and similar sources and uses AI to rewrite headlines and summaries for clarity and SEO. Every article credits the original publisher and links to the original source. Fainaron is not the original publisher of the underlying reporting.
2. No warranty
The Service and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Fainaron does not guarantee that articles are free from errors or omissions. Readers should consult original sources for primary reporting.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the Service (scraping at scale, automated load attacks, attempts to bypass rate limits or security).
- Do not attempt to access the admin panel without authorisation.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing content through the contact form.
4. Intellectual property
Original reporting belongs to its original publishers; we link back and credit them on every article. The Fainaron brand, design, and software remain the property of their respective owners. You may share article URLs freely.
5. Takedown requests
Publishers and rights holders may request removal of any article by contacting us via the contact form. We aim to action valid requests promptly.
6. Third-party links and services
The Service may contain links to third-party sites and may use third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites or services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fainaron and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the operator’s jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
