Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is now available for pre-order, following its official release date announcement at a recent Nintendo Direct. The game is scheduled to launch on September 17, 2026, and will be exclusive to the Switch 2 console.

The digital edition of Fortune's Weave is priced at $69.99 and can be pre-ordered directly through the eShop. This digital version allows players to pre-download the game and access it immediately upon release. Physical standard editions are available for $79.99, with Walmart briefly offering it at a discount of $69.97 before selling out. No preorder bonuses for the standard edition have been announced at this time.

For collectors, the Dagdan Collection is available for $119.99. This special edition has quickly sold out at Nintendo, Walmart, and GameStop, but remains available at Best Buy, though purchasers may need to join a queue. The Dagdan Collection includes several exclusive items: Art Cards, The Land of Dagdan Map, an Art Book, a Steelbook, and the game itself.

Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is a tactical RPG, similar to previous titles in the franchise. The game's narrative centers on different protagonists competing in the Heroic Games, an event described as having a Roman coliseum aesthetic. Players can select one of four protagonists, each featuring distinct backgrounds, motivations, and unique story paths. The game also incorporates a free-time structure, allowing players to enhance skills and recruit units for their team.
