Insta360 Countersues DJI Over Alleged Patent Infringements
Insta360 has filed two countersuits against DJI in a Texas District Court, alleging infringement on five of its utility patents. The company is seeking damages, royalties, and supplemental damages from DJI. This legal action follows two lawsuits filed by DJI last week, which accused Insta360 of violating six of DJI's patents.

Insta360 has initiated legal proceedings against DJI, filing two countersuits in a Texas District Court. The lawsuits allege that DJI has infringed upon five utility patents held by Insta360.
In its complaints, Insta360 is demanding that DJI pay damages, royalties, and supplemental damages for the alleged patent violations.
These countersuits come shortly after DJI filed two lawsuits against Insta360 last week. DJI's original complaints claimed that Insta360 had violated a total of six patents held by DJI.
According to Android Authority, Insta360's legal response was filed over the past weekend.
