Jeff Shell Resolves Litigation with Gambler R.J. Cipriani
Jeff Shell, the former president of Paramount Skydance, has settled a lawsuit with gambler R.J. Cipriani. Cipriani had accused Shell of leaking confidential company information and sought $150 million for alleged off-the-books crisis public relations work. The gambler filed the lawsuit in March against Shell, his wife, Paramount, Larry and David Ellison, and other parties, claiming he was owed millions.

Shell had previously characterized Cipriani's actions as a "shakedown."
According to Variety, the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
