Johor Caretaker Chief Minister Urges Expedited ART Rail Plan
Johor's caretaker chief minister, Onn Hafiz Ghazi, has urged the Malaysian federal government, Putrajaya, to expedite the state's elevated Autonomous Rapid Transit (ART) project. This appeal was made at an event on Tuesday, June 16, which was attended by Transport Minister Anthony Loke. The call for acceleration is described as critical, particularly in connection with the launch of the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link.

Onn Hafiz Ghazi, the caretaker chief minister of Johor, has urged the federal government of Malaysia, known as Putrajaya, to accelerate the development of Johor's elevated Autonomous Rapid Transit (ART) rail plan. The call for expedited action was made at an event held on Tuesday, June 16.
Transport Minister Anthony Loke was also present at the event. The chief minister's statement underscored the critical need for this project, particularly in light of the upcoming launch of the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link.
According to Channel News Asia, Onn Hafiz Ghazi highlighted the importance of advancing the ART project during the event to enhance public transportation infrastructure in Johor.
