Juventus Aims to Raise €50 Million from Player Transfers
Juventus reportedly seeks to generate approximately €50 million from outgoing player transfers by the end of June. This financial goal aims to offset anticipated revenue shortfalls after the club missed out on Champions League qualification in the 2025-26 season. Italian reports indicate that five players are currently available for sale as the club looks to restructure its finances and squad.
Juventus is reportedly aiming to raise around €50 million through outgoing player transfers by the end of June. This financial objective comes after the club failed to qualify for the Champions League in the 2025-26 season, which is expected to result in a reduction of revenues.
Among the players reportedly available for transfer is Andrea Cambiaso, with Juventus said to be open to offers around €40 million. Inter Milan had previously shown interest in Cambiaso before his move to Juventus. Nico Gonzalez, who spent the 2025-26 season on loan at Atletico Madrid, is also a potential outgoing. His obligation-to-buy clause was not activated due to playing time, but Atletico Madrid is reportedly still interested in a permanent deal, with figures around €25 million being discussed.
Brazilian midfielders Douglas Luiz and Arthur Melo are also reportedly being considered for sale. Vincenzo Italiano and Besiktas have shown interest in both players. Gremio, where Arthur Melo spent the last season on loan, is reportedly interested in a permanent transfer. Juventus is said to be seeking around €10 million for Arthur, a figure that Gremio currently finds too high.
Fabio Miretti could also be sold if offers around €15 million are received this summer. The club recently appointed Giovanni Carnevali as its new CEO, replacing Damien Comolli. Reports suggest that Carnevali's relationship with Inter's Beppe Marotta could lead to potential transfer discussions between the two clubs, possibly involving Inter players like Davide Frattesi and Carlos Augusto moving to Juventus.
According to reports from Tuttosport, these transfer plans are part of Juventus' strategy to manage its finances following the change in its European competition status. (Source: Yahoo Sports Soccer)
