Nottingham Forest, a Premier League club, is reportedly preparing an opening bid for Inter Milan midfielder Davide Frattesi.
Sky Sport Italia reports that Forest is ready to offer €25 million, in addition to bonuses, for the Italy international. This proposed fee approaches Inter's stated asking price of €30 million for the player.
Discussions have already occurred, with Frattesi's agent, Beppe Riso, and Inter director Piero Ausilio meeting with Nottingham Forest executives earlier this week.
In the 2025-26 campaign, Frattesi was reportedly not a regular starter for Inter under coach Cristian Chivu. During this period, he recorded three assists in 33 appearances across all competitions. Last season, Frattesi accumulated 1133 minutes of play for Inter.
The 26-year-old midfielder joined Inter from Sassuolo in 2023, and his current contract at the Stadio Meazza is set to expire in June 2028. Inter is reportedly open to offers for Frattesi.
