Pokémon Black & White Officially Return for 30th Anniversary
As Pokémon marks its 30th anniversary this year, the Generation 5 games, Black & White, are seeing an official return with new releases. The celebrations also extend to the Pokémon Trading Card Game, which is set to launch a "30 Celebration collection." While much of the anniversary merchandise and video game focus is on Generation 1, later generations like Black & White are also being recognized.

Pokémon is celebrating its 30th anniversary, a milestone that includes new releases for various mainline games, notably Generation 5's Pokémon Black and White. These titles are officially returning through several undisclosed release formats.
The anniversary commemorations are not limited to video games. The Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) is also participating in the celebrations with an upcoming "30 Celebration collection."
Despite a significant portion of the anniversary merchandise and video game releases concentrating on Generation 1, the celebrations are not exclusively focused on the series' origins. Later generations, including the Black and White games, are also being featured in the anniversary events.
According to ScreenRant, these official releases coincide with Pokémon's ongoing 30th-anniversary events.
