Two Passengers Die in Hong Kong Taxi-Truck Collision
Two passengers were killed late Tuesday evening when a light goods truck collided with their taxi on Tsing Sha Highway in Hong Kong. The incident, which occurred around 10 pm, saw the taxi flip multiple times after being struck near Hoi Lai Estate in Cheung Sha Wan. Police confirmed both fatalities, identifying the victims as a man and a woman.

A fatal traffic accident occurred late Tuesday evening on Tsing Sha Highway in Hong Kong, resulting in the deaths of two taxi passengers. The collision involved a light goods truck and a taxi near Hoi Lai Estate in Cheung Sha Wan.
Police reports indicate that the incident took place at approximately 10 pm. Both vehicles were traveling eastbound when the truck struck the taxi. The impact caused the taxi to flip at least six times, with one of the victims reportedly tossed onto the road.
The two passengers in the taxi, identified as a man and a woman, suffered multiple injuries. They were pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
According to South China Morning Post, the road was wet at the time of the incident.
