UK to Supply Nuclear Fuel to Ukraine, Imposes Fresh Sanctions on Russia
The United Kingdom has announced plans to supply enriched uranium to Ukraine for its nuclear power stations. Prime Minister Keir Starmer revealed this decision ahead of a G7 summit session, alongside the imposition of new sanctions against Russia. Starmer's office stated that this energy deal is projected to "power Ukraine for the next two years."
