Verizon has announced the launch of new mobile plans targeting new subscribers, alongside a dedicated loyalty program designed for its existing customer base. The telecommunications company aims to address a common industry complaint where attractive deals are often limited to new customers, potentially making current subscribers feel overlooked. Both the new plans and the loyalty program are being promoted through an Austin Powers-themed advertising campaign.

Verizon has introduced new mobile plans intended to attract new subscribers, commonly referred to as switchers. Concurrently, the company has launched a loyalty program specifically designed for its existing customer base.
This dual approach seeks to mitigate a frequent complaint within the mobile carrier industry regarding new plans and offers that are often exclusively available to new customers. The company's objective is to prevent existing subscribers from feeling disadvantaged by such promotions.
To promote both the new mobile plans and the customer loyalty program, Verizon has initiated an advertising campaign featuring elements from the Austin Powers film series.
