Verizon Unveils New Simplicity 5G Plan and Enhanced Loyalty Program
Verizon is introducing the new Simplicity plan, a single flat-rate unlimited 5G option that grants full access to its Ultra Wideband network. Alongside this, the carrier is launching Verizon One, a combined mobile and home internet plan for a flat monthly fee. A new Verizon Loyalty program also aims to simplify billing by removing activation and upgrade fees while offering cash back and a new rewards tier. These changes signify a multi-year transformation in Verizon's consumer strategy.

Verizon has announced a significant shift in its consumer strategy with the introduction of the new Simplicity plan. This single flat-rate unlimited offering provides subscribers with full access to the carrier's 5G Ultra Wideband network. Customers can also add home internet access to this plan for an additional $35 per month.
In conjunction with Simplicity, Verizon is launching the new Verizon One plan. This option integrates both mobile and home internet services into a single bill, priced at $70 per month, which includes all applicable taxes and fees.
The company is also implementing a new Verizon Loyalty program. This program eliminates the standard $40 activation and upgrade fees for subscribers. Additionally, it offers 3% monthly cash back in Verizon Dollars and introduces a gamified rewards tier known as "Verizon Shine."
These initiatives are part of a broader, multi-year transformation aimed at simplifying Verizon's mobile plan offerings. The carrier intends to move away from its previously complex tiered system towards more straightforward, flat-rate unlimited options and unified billing for combined services.
