Ye Announces New Chicago and San Antonio Summer Tour Dates
Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has expanded his summer tour schedule with additional U.S. dates. The artist will perform in Chicago for two nights and has added a stadium show in San Antonio. These newly announced performances are part of his ongoing global tour, which includes upcoming stops in the U.S. and Europe.
Ye has revealed new U.S. tour dates, adding to his global performances scheduled for this summer. The artist will return to Chicago for two shows at Soldier Field on September 3 and September 4. Additionally, a concert celebrating America's independence is slated for July 4 at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
Ticket information for these newly announced dates is not yet available, but fans can register on Ticketmaster and Ye's official website for updates. Ye has previously hosted listening events at Soldier Field, including a "Vultures" listening event in 2024 and a "Donda" event in 2021.
Before these newly announced dates, Ye is scheduled for performances in the U.S. at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida, on June 26 and June 28. These mark his first stateside shows since April 1 and April 3 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. His international schedule in July includes shows in Albania and Spain, followed by performances in Portugal in August. The artist recently performed for 70,000 fans at Dinamo Arena in Tbilisi, Georgia.
On the music front, Ye is preparing to release the "Bully" deluxe edition on Friday, June 19. The rollout for this deluxe edition began last week with the track "Gemini Season," featuring a video directed by and starring his wife, Bianca Censori. Censori also directed the "Father" video, a collaboration between Ye and Travis Scott for "Bully." The original "Bully" album, Ye's 12th studio album, was released in March and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, achieving 152,000 total album units.
A Florida Senator has called for the cancellation of Ye's Tampa concerts, citing the rapper's past antisemitic statements. Ye issued an apology in January, attributing his comments to a brain injury.
