BBC Studios, Kadokawa, and Wheel in Motion Partner for Live-Action 'Kiki's Delivery Service' Series
A new live-action television series based on Eiko Kadono's novel "Kiki's Delivery Service" is in development through a three-way partnership. BBC Studios Kids & Family has joined forces with U.K. production company Wheel in Motion and Japan's Kadokawa Corporation for the project. This marks the first live-action television adaptation of the property, planned for 10 half-hour episodes.
