Brahim Diaz's performances for Morocco at the upcoming World Cup could be a deciding factor in his club future. Both Italian clubs, Juventus and Inter Milan, are reportedly monitoring the Real Madrid attacker. Diaz recently secured the player of the tournament award at the Africa Cup of Nations.

His opening World Cup fixture will see Morocco face Brazil, a match that will reunite him with his former Real Madrid coach, Carlo Ancelotti. Despite significant competition for places under incoming coach José Mourinho at Real Madrid, Diaz has expressed a clear preference to remain at the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid is expected to evaluate its attacking options following the finalization of Mastantuono's loan exit. A strong showing by Diaz at the World Cup, a 48-team tournament, would bolster his argument to stay with the Spanish club.

Inter Milan reportedly discussed Brahim Diaz among several Real Madrid players during a recent meeting between Beppe Marotta and Florentino Perez. Other players mentioned included Mastantuono, Endrick, Arda Guler, and Rodrygo. Among these, Diaz is considered the least likely to be acquired, with reports indicating ongoing talks for a contract extension that would keep him at Real Madrid until 2030.
