Shahid Kapoor adds 'Cocktail 2' as his fifth 'A'-rated film, after 'Kaminey' (2009), 'Udta Punjab' (2016), 'Kabir Singh' (2019), and 'O'Romeo' (2026). This also marks the first time in his career that Shahid Kapoor will have two consecutive adult-rated films.
The original 'Cocktail' (2012) featured Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Diana Penty, with music composed by Pritam Chakraborty.
