CK Asset Sells Mid-Levels Penthouse for Record HK$362 Million
CK Asset Holdings, the flagship property developer of Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing, has sold a penthouse mansion in Mid-Levels, Central for HK$362 million (US$46.2 million). This transaction sets a new per square foot price record for first-hand residential sales in Hong Kong for the current year. The luxury unit is located in a high-end development and was sold via public tender.

CK Asset Holdings, the flagship property developer associated with Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing, has successfully sold a penthouse mansion located in a luxury development in Mid-Levels, Central. The sale was concluded for HK$362 million (US$46.2 million), establishing a per square foot price record for first-hand residential transactions recorded this year.
The unit, situated on the 20th floor of the second phase of 21 Borrett Road, measures 2,911 square feet. It was sold through a public tender process, achieving a price of HK$124,356 per square foot.
According to a statement from the developer on Sunday, this transaction marks a significant benchmark in Hong Kong's luxury property market.
