Gambia National Assembly Debates Missing $48 Million Forensic Lab Project
A significant controversy has emerged in Gambia's National Assembly concerning a US$48 million forensic laboratory project. Announced in 2017, the project's current status and whereabouts are reportedly untraceable, according to a statement attributed to the Minister for Interior. This development has led Banjul North National Assembly Member Hon. Modou Lamin B. Bah to demand an urgent investigation into the project's fate.
