Hong Kong Tutor Pleads Guilty to Child Molestation and Pornography Charges
Yu Hey-tsit, a 46-year-old owner of a private tutorial center in Hong Kong, has admitted guilt to molesting five boys and filming some of the offenses. He pleaded guilty at the High Court on Tuesday to 15 counts of indecent assault and four counts of making child pornography. The crimes came to light in August 2023 after a 12-year-old boy disclosed the abuse at the now-closed Prime Solid Learning Education Centre.
Yu Hey-tsit, aged 46, who owned a private tutorial center in Hong Kong, has admitted to molesting five boys. He also confessed to filming some of these offenses, stating his actions were driven by curiosity.
On Tuesday, Mr. Yu pleaded guilty at the High Court to a total of 15 counts of indecent assault and four counts related to making child pornography.
The offenses were uncovered on August 24, 2023, when a 12-year-old boy confided in his grandmother. The boy reported that Mr. Yu had subjected him to kissing and groping on multiple occasions at the Prime Solid Learning Education Centre, which was located in Mei... and has since closed.
