The worker claims he was 'benched' on his very first day of employment and subsequently threatened with deportation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The lawsuit also includes an allegation that the worker was compelled to pay $100,000 to the company's Indian boss to retain his job.
