NASA Shared Services Center Details Operational Metrics and Services

This agreement is negotiated annually to align with the fiscal year, and a single SLA is utilized across all NASA Centers. The SLA facilitates the delivery of specific services from the NSSC to NASA Centers and Headquarters Operations, covering areas such as Financial Management, Procurement, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Agency Business Services.

The NSSC Bill has undergone recent adjustments. Online Course Management and Training Purchases have been realigned to a dedicated section within the bill, reflecting changes in training fund allocation. Additionally, Center Special Projects have been consolidated into one Special Projects bill, with the funding Center identified for each respective project.

Utilization Reports are made available by the NSSC for various fiscal years. These reports include data for FY2026 (October 2025 through April 2026), FY2025 (October 2024 through September 2025), and FY2024 (October 2023 through September 2024).
