Property Tycoon Mico Chung-Linked Company Sells Peak Home for US$13.4 Million
A company associated with CSI Properties chairman and founder Mico Chung and his wife, Nina Kan Souk-yin, has sold a luxury residence on The Peak in Hong Kong for HK$105 million (US$13.4 million). The property, located at 27 Plantation Road, was acquired by Aqua Sole Company in 1993 for HK$12 million. Official records indicate the transaction with buyer Hu Hanyang was finalized on June 12.

Aqua Sole Company, linked to CSI Properties chairman and founder Mico Chung and his wife Nina Kan Souk-yin, has sold a luxury house located on The Peak for HK$105 million (US$13.4 million).
According to Land Registry records, the property at 27 Plantation Road was sold to Hu Hanyang. The transaction was completed on June 12. Companies Registry filings confirm that Mr. Chung and Ms. Kan Souk-yin are shareholders of Aqua Sole.
The company originally acquired the property in 1993 for HK$12 million.
