Sanguich in Miami Recognized for Acclaimed Cuban Sandwiches

Sanguich in Miami has achieved widespread acclaim for its Cuban sandwiches, with many locals, visitors, and critics rating them among the best in the city.

The restaurant has received a Bib Gourmand designation from the Michelin Guide every year since 2022, an honor recognizing establishments that offer exceptional food at a great value. The Infatuation has also cited Sanguich for definitively resolving debates over Miami's top Cubano. In 2024, Axios Miami readers voted Sanguich's Cubano the best Cuban sandwich in the city.

Since its inception as a pop-up in 2015, Sanguich has expanded its operations to five locations throughout Miami, including Calle Ocho, Little Haiti, Coral Gables, Bayside Marketplace, and Aventura Mall.

The menu at Sanguich features its signature Cuban sandwich, alongside other handheld options such as turkey and various pork sandwiches, complemented by classic Cuban sides like croquetas. The Cuban sandwich is served on Cuban bread baked by the restaurant.

A visit to the Bayside Marketplace location revealed a walk-up storefront with outdoor seating, contrasting with other Sanguich locations, such as the Coral Gables Flagship and Little Havana, which offer indoor dining. The Little Havana outpost is noted for frequently drawing long lines of diners.

An order consisting of a Cuban sandwich and a beverage named La Rosita, an iced coffee made with espresso, milk, and caramel drizzle, totaled $26.69, including tax. The La Rosita beverage is priced at $6.89, excluding tax.
