Steven Spielberg's science fiction film, "Disclosure Day," maintains a mysterious narrative throughout much of its 145-minute runtime. Trailers hint at key roles for Emily Blunt as meteorologist Margaret Fairchild and Josh O’Connor as cybersecurity expert Daniel Kellner, suggesting a story focused on extraterrestrial disclosure, a recurring theme in Spielberg's work.

The film’s events trace back to a 1940s Roswell crash, revealed as an alien spaceship. This incident marked the beginning of numerous encounters between humans, particularly Americans, and "little grey aliens," which the U.S. government subsequently kept secret for decades.
