Amazon Discounts Lego Super Mario and Mario Kart Sets by Up to 30%
Amazon is currently offering discounts of up to 30% on a selection of Lego Super Mario and Mario Kart sets. This sale, occurring ahead of Prime Day, includes notable price reductions on various kits, from quick builds to more extensive projects. Specific deals feature the Mario Kart Standard Kart at its lowest recorded price of $16, and the Piranha Plant set marked down to $42. Many of the discounted items are interactive playsets, with some kits also slated for retirement soon.
Amazon has initiated a sale on numerous Lego Super Mario and Mario Kart sets, with discounts reaching up to 30% off the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). This promotional event is taking place in advance of Prime Day.
Among the discounted items, the Mario Kart Standard Kart set is available for $16, reduced from its original $20, marking its lowest price on Amazon. The Piranha Plant set is also part of the sale, priced at $42, down from $60. Both the 174-piece Mario Kart Standard Kart and the 512-piece Mario Kart Wario & King Boo set, priced at $40 from $50, are among the kits scheduled for retirement.
For those seeking larger construction projects, the Super Mario World: Mario & Yoshi set, comprising 1,215 pieces, is discounted to $104 from $130. This set features a recreation of the 16-bit sprite of Mario riding Yoshi. Another substantial build, The Bowser Express Train, is available for $84, a reduction from $120. This 1,392-piece set includes a train resembling Bowser's head, two train stations, a handcar, and six minifigure characters: Hammer Bro, Boom Boom, two Goombas, and two Para-Biddybuds. The Bowser Express Train is currently out of stock at Lego.

The Mario Kart Baby Peach & Grand Prix Set Home Circuit is also included, priced at $56, down from $80. These interactive sets feature character figures that produce expressions and sounds in response to other pieces.
