The property has a starting monthly rent of Rs 2.85 lakhs, with the two-year agreement officially registered on June 1, 2026. The lease includes a 5 percent rent escalation after the first year, and the apartment is expected to generate approximately Rs 71 lakhs in rental income over the lease period.
Actor Disha Patani has completed a real estate transaction, leasing out her luxury apartment located in Mumbai's upscale Khar West. The property has been rented at a starting monthly rate of Rs 2.85 lakhs.
According to property registration documents accessed through Zapkey, the leave-and-license agreement was officially registered on June 1, 2026. The lease term is set for a period of two years.
The apartment is situated within Rustomjee Paramount, a prominent residential development in Khar West. It measures over 1,000 square feet and is located on one of the higher floors of the residential tower. Kamlaben Mangalbhai Gujjar is named as the tenant in the registration documents.
The tenant has paid a security deposit amounting to Rs 8.55 lakhs, which is equivalent to three months' rent. The agreement incorporates a rent escalation clause. The monthly rent will remain at Rs 2.85 lakhs for the first year, after which it will increase by 5 percent. This adjustment will raise the monthly rental amount to approximately Rs 2.99 lakhs during the second year of the lease. Over the entire 24-month period, the apartment is projected to generate close to Rs 71 lakhs in rental income.
