Iran's Military Threatens Response to Israeli Strikes in Southern Lebanon
Iran's military issued a threat of response to Israel following reported strikes in southern Lebanon on Tuesday. These strikes allegedly resulted in the deaths of four people and occurred despite an agreement between Tehran and Washington aimed at ending the Middle East war, including in Lebanon. Iran additionally claimed that Israel had violated the ceasefire in the region 84 times since the deal was announced.
Iran's military announced on Tuesday its intention to respond to Israel. This announcement followed reports of Israeli strikes conducted in southern Lebanon.
The reported strikes in southern Lebanon allegedly led to the deaths of four individuals. These incidents occurred despite an existing agreement between Tehran and Washington.
The deal between Tehran and Washington was established with the objective of concluding the Middle East war, specifically covering conflicts within Lebanon.
In addition to the recent strikes, Iran claimed that Israel has violated the ceasefire in Lebanon a total of 84 times since the deal was initially announced.
