Kriti Sanon and Family Reportedly Sell Mumbai Apartments for Rs 8.9 Crore

Actress Kriti Sanon, along with her sister Nupur Sanon and mother Geeta Sanon, has reportedly sold four residential units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a total of Rs. 8.9 crores. The buyer is identified as casting director and filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra. The transaction details were reportedly accessed through property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

The four apartments are situated in the Raheja Classique complex, a premium residential area in Andheri West. Two of the units, each with a built-up area of 654.23 square feet and one designated parking space, were reportedly sold for Rs. 3.24 crore each. Stamp duty paid for each of these transactions was Rs. 19.41 lakhs, with registration charges amounting to Rs. 30,000 per unit.

Additionally, two smaller apartments in the same building, each measuring 246.06 square feet, were reportedly sold for Rs. 1.21 crores each. For these units, stamp duty of Rs. 7.29 lakhs and registration charges of Rs. 30,000 were reportedly paid per transaction.

The sale reflects a significant increase in the properties' value over the years. Geeta Sanon had reportedly invested in two of the apartments in 2013 for approximately Rs. 1.40 crores. Kriti and Nupur Sanon are said to have acquired the remaining two units in 2017 for a combined amount of around Rs. 2.90 crores. The original investment value for all four apartments was approximately Rs. 4.30 crores, indicating a substantial appreciation in asset value.

According to Bollywood Hungama, the transaction highlights the rising value of real estate in the area over the past decade.
