AYANEO Teases Pocket Micro 2 With Snapdragon Processor, Larger Battery
AYANEO has revealed initial specifications for its upcoming Pocket Micro 2 gaming handheld. The device is confirmed to feature a Snapdragon processor, marking a shift from the MediaTek Helio G99 used in its predecessor. Additionally, the Pocket Micro 2 will include a significantly larger 3,950mAh battery, along with enhanced ergonomics and more comfortable controls.

AYANEO has begun to share details regarding the specifications of its forthcoming Pocket Micro 2 gaming handheld. This new iteration is set to replace the original Pocket Micro, which was powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor.
The Pocket Micro 2 will integrate a Snapdragon processor. AYANEO describes this change as a “major leap forward,” though the specific Snapdragon chipset model has not yet been disclosed.
Key improvements also include a larger 3,950mAh battery, an upgrade expected to extend playtime. Furthermore, the company states that the new handheld will offer improved ergonomics and more comfortable controls for users.
