Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is set to launch a new round-based Zombies map, named Kowakujo, as part of its Season 4 Reloaded update on June 25. This addition continues the narrative following the events of Totenreich, focusing on the character Takeo Masaki and his family's castle, which is situated amidst active volcanoes and features lava as a prominent environmental hazard. Players can anticipate new enemies, a supernatural Wonder Weapon, and a 'hellish' GobbleGum to assist in their survival efforts.

A new round-based Zombies map, Kowakujo, is scheduled to arrive in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 with the upcoming Season 4 Reloaded update. The cinematic trailer for Kowakujo showcases a menacing dragon and characters surrounded by lava, indicating the map's challenging environment.
Following the events of Totenreich, the Zombies crew will navigate a landscape dominated by lava to reach a Japanese castle. The map's narrative delves into the past of Takeo Masaki, with the setting being his family's castle, constructed around active volcanoes. Lava acts as a significant gameplay element, separating parts of the map and requiring players to strategically maneuver.
Treyarch has provided a brief gameplay clip that further highlights the pervasive lava pools and rising ash within Kowakujo. The map is designed to immerse players in an environment where navigating the molten terrain is crucial for survival against the undead.
Kowakujo will introduce new gameplay elements, including a supernatural Wonder Weapon, a unique 'hellish' GobbleGum, and new enemy types. Treyarch has also dedicated the map to Tom Kane, the longtime voice actor for Takeo Masaki, who passed away earlier this year.
The Season 4 Reloaded update for Black Ops 7 and Warzone is slated for release on June 25. In addition to the new Zombies content, players can expect new weapons, additional multiplayer maps, special events, and limited-time game modes.
