Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, a survival horror game developed by Saber Interactive, is set to launch on October 8, 2026. The game will be available across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S platforms.
Pre-orders for the digital and physical Standard Edition will soon be available for $39.99. A Deluxe Edition, priced at $49.99, will also be offered for pre-order. Those who pre-order any edition will receive exclusive in-game items: the Labyrinth Pistol Skin and the Martyr Sawblade Skin, at the time of release. Additionally, a Collector’s Edition will include a range of exclusive licensed collectibles.
The game is described as a gruesome survival horror experience, drawing from the film franchise created by Clive Barker. Saber Interactive chief Tim Willits confirmed in March that the game had secured its ESRB rating without requiring any content cuts. Willits previously indicated that the developers intended to push the boundaries of its M Rating as far as regulatory bodies would allow, noting the game's depiction of "bloody violence, gruesome gore, and BDSM-themed sex and nudity." Its opening scene reportedly features an extended sequence involving sadomasochism with hooks and sharp objects.
Players will embark on a new story within the Hellraiser universe, battling for survival against Hell’s armies. The narrative involves descending into the underworld to rescue a loved one from the Cenobites, facing various wretches, cultists, and creatures. The game will feature the infernal powers of the Genesis Configuration puzzle box alongside an arsenal of earthly weapons.
According to IGN, a new trailer accompanied the release date announcement.
