DJI Files Two Lawsuits Against Insta360 Over Alleged Patent Infringements
DJI has initiated two separate lawsuits against Insta360, alleging multiple patent infringements. The lawsuits claim that Insta360's new Luna Pro and Luna Ultra cameras infringe upon two of DJI's design patents for its Osmo Pocket cameras. Additionally, DJI asserts that Insta360 is violating four of its functionality patents, totaling six alleged infringements.

DJI has filed two lawsuits in a Texas District Court against competitor Insta360, alleging a total of six patent infringements.
The lawsuits target Insta360's recently launched Luna Pro and Luna Ultra pocket cameras. DJI claims that the designs of these cameras infringe upon two of its design patents associated with its Osmo Pocket cameras.
In a separate legal action, DJI further alleges that Insta360 is infringing on four of its functionality patents. These legal challenges come shortly after Insta360 introduced its new Luna Ultra vlogging camera.
According to Android Authority, a report by PetaPixel indicates the filings took place in a Texas District Court.
