Playground Games has detailed the upcoming free content for Forza Horizon 6 as part of the Horizon Playlist Series 2, dubbed ‘Horizon Decades.’ This series will be active from June 18 to July 16, offering players various ways to expand their in-game vehicle collections.
Ten cars have been confirmed for release over the four-week period, accessible by earning points during specific seasonal events. The lineup includes the 1989 Volkswagen Rallye Golf (20 points in Summer Season), 1988 Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV (40 points in Summer Season), 1998 TVR Cerbera Speed 12 (20 points in Autumn Season), and 1993 Schuppan 962CR (40 points in Autumn Season).
Further additions include the 2006 Dodge Ram SRT-10 (20 points in Winter Season), 2003 Ford F-150 SVT (40 points in Winter Season), 2017 Mercedes-AMG GT R (20 points in Spring Season), and 2017 Saleen S7 LM (40 points in Spring Season). Two additional cars, the 1993 Porsche 911 Turbo S Leichtbau (80 points) and 2018 Lotus Exige Cup 430 (160 points), can be earned by accumulating points across the entire ‘Horizon Decades’ series. Some of these vehicles, specifically the Countach, 962CR, F-150, and S7, were previously available in Series 1.
In addition to the vehicle offerings, Series 2 will introduce a new open-world Car Meet at the Hokubu Time Attack Circuit. Looking ahead, Playground Games has also confirmed that Series 3 of the Horizon Playlist will be titled ‘Italian Exotics,’ accompanied by an ‘Italian Passion Car Pack.’ This pack will be included for Premium Edition owners and available for separate purchase.
According to IGN, it is possible that more cars beyond the initially listed 10 may be added, similar to the pattern observed in Series 1.
