Mark Zuckerberg Amasses Luxury Watch Collection
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has developed an extensive collection of luxury watches, a notable shift from his previously understated style. His collection includes high-value timepieces from renowned brands like Patek Philippe, De Bethune, F.P.Journe, and Greubel Forsey. This evolution in his accessories, which includes pieces valued up to $900,000, reportedly began in 2024, sparked by an interaction at a pre-wedding event.
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has reportedly amassed a significant collection of luxury watches over the past few years, marking a shift from his previously more understated personal style. With an estimated net worth exceeding $200 billion, Zuckerberg has increasingly been seen wearing high-end timepieces since 2024.
His interest in watches reportedly ignited in March 2024 while attending a pre-wedding party for Anant Ambani. Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, were observed admiring a Richard Mille watch worn by the Reliance Industries heir, prompting Zuckerberg to remark on the coolness of watches.
Among his notable acquisitions is a Patek Philippe 5236P Grand Complications In-Line Perpetual Calendar watch, seen on September 1, 2024. This timepiece, crafted with a platinum case and an alligator-leather band, originally retailed for $148,331 before being discontinued. It displays the day, date, month, leap years, moon phases, and day/night indication.
On September 10, 2024, Zuckerberg was photographed wearing a De Bethune DB25 Starry Varius. The rose-gold model of this Swiss watch can cost over $80,000, with only 20 produced annually. Other variants, including titanium and diamond-encrusted versions, range from $69,000 to $127,000, while an Aérolite version with a meteorite dial typically costs $260,000.
Later in September 2024, Zuckerberg also sported an F.P.Journe Souveraine from the Swiss brand. A variant of this style, made entirely of aluminum and produced between 2011 and 2014, was estimated at auction for $31,000 to $56,000. A darker gray model of the same watch is available online for $299,000.
One of the most expensive pieces in his collection, a Greubel Forsey Hand Made 1 watch, was debuted in early 2025 and is valued at $900,000. Zuckerberg has also been noted for wearing other luxury designs, including Rolex.
According to Business Insider, these timepieces signify a considerable transformation in the Meta founder's attire.
