Qian Yong, a retired military dog handler in China, has become an online sensation for treating cats and dogs in his clinic located in rural Tangshan, northern Hebei province. Operating with minimal medical equipment, Yong has garnered significant attention for his low-cost pet treatments. He has been nicknamed 'Hua Tuo in the Vets Field,' a reference to an ancient Chinese doctor known for his medical prowess.
