Singapore Launches 6,952 Flats in June BTO Exercise, Boosts Quota for Larger Families
Singapore's June Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise has introduced 6,952 new flats, featuring two "Prime" projects situated in Bishan and Bukit Merah. This latest launch also implements a new policy, effective from this exercise, which allocates a higher quota of flats specifically for eligible families with three or more children. The initiative aims to provide enhanced support for larger households seeking public housing.

The June Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise in Singapore has seen the launch of a total of 6,952 new flats. Among these offerings are two designated "Prime" projects, strategically located in the Bishan and Bukit Merah areas, forming part of the ongoing national effort to provide public housing.
Beginning with this June BTO exercise, a significant policy adjustment has been implemented. Eligible families comprising three or more children will now be allocated a higher quota of flats. This measure is designed to assist larger households in securing suitable public housing.
