Universal Content Productions and Universal International Studios Merge to Form Universal Global Television
Universal Content Productions (UCP) and Universal International Studios (UIS) have merged into a single studio unit. The newly formed entity will operate under the name Universal Global Television (UGT). Beatrice Springborn, who previously served as president for both UCP and UIS, will now assume the role of president for UGT, overseeing the combined operations.

Beatrice Springborn, who currently holds the title of president for both UCP and UIS, will lead the newly formed Universal Global Television. In her new capacity, Springborn will serve as president of UGT, overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the integrated studio.
