Cyber Extortion Group Claims Novo Nordisk Attack, Data Theft, and $25 Million Extortion Attempt

The group asserts it spent more than two months within the pharmaceutical company's networks, where it allegedly stole data. A cyber extortion group known as FulcrumSec has publicly claimed a major cyberattack against pharmaceutical giant Novo Nordisk. In a message posted online, the group stated it had been present within Novo Nordisk's networks for over two months.
During this period, FulcrumSec alleges it successfully exfiltrated data. The group further claims to have attempted to extort $25 million from the company subsequent to the data theft.
FulcrumSec first emerged in October 2025. These claims have been disseminated via an online message from the group.
