Actor John Abraham has acquired a premium bungalow in Mumbai's prestigious Bandra (West) neighborhood, expanding his real estate portfolio. The transaction was officially registered on July 14, 2026, for a registered consideration of Rs. 84 crores.

The freehold property is situated on St Martin Road, a sought-after residential address known for its upscale residences and its appeal to prominent personalities from the entertainment industry. The property includes a 1,017.60-square-metre plot with an existing bungalow covering approximately 193.12 square metres. An outhouse measuring about 31.50 square metres is also part of the premises.

This acquisition represents another significant high-value real estate transaction involving a Bollywood celebrity, reinforcing Bandra (West)'s status as a preferred destination for luxury residential investments in the city.

Beyond real estate, Abraham maintains a diverse filmography known for balancing action entertainers, politically driven dramas, and commercial cinema. His recent work includes the political thriller *The Diplomat* and the action-packed *Tehran*.
