Rockstar Offers Free GTA 5 Upgrades for PS4 and Xbox One Players, Adds PC Features
Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto V players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One can now upgrade to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of the game at no additional cost. The company made the announcement on Wednesday, confirming the rollout of a significant update this week. Additionally, owners of the "Legacy" version of the game on PC will receive new, exclusive features.
Rockstar Games is providing a free upgrade path for Grand Theft Auto V players. Individuals currently playing the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles are eligible to upgrade to the current-generation versions, specifically for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, without any charge.
The update, which was announced by Rockstar on Wednesday, is being rolled out this week. It aims to enhance the gaming experience for existing players transitioning to newer hardware.
