Singer Sonu Nigam has recently shared an update regarding a health challenge he has been facing, revealing he developed a painful nerve-related condition over the last week. In an Instagram video posted on Tuesday, Nigam explained that doctors have been closely monitoring his health. He stated that his nerves are pinched and confirmed undergoing MRI and CT scans for a week, in addition to taking various medications to manage the condition.
The singer described his recovery process as difficult, noting that physiotherapy has been painful. He is currently taking painkillers, which have resulted in a heavy feeling in his throat. Nigam also mentioned that some muscle-relaxant medicines, part of his treatment, have impacted his voice, a significant concern for a professional singer.
Despite these challenges, Sonu Nigam plans to perform in Mumbai later this month. He noted the special significance of this concert as it marks his return to the stage after a break.
